My Story
I am a very busy stay at home mom. I have three pre-teen children keeping me on my toes 24/7. In addition to the children, I am the proud owner/operator of a Photography Studio, and now a Life Coach career as well.
While working with my photography clients, it has become very apparent to me that there is a special place for me in the Life Coaching field. I feel such great empathy for the many people going through personal struggles. I too, have had to overcome many struggles in my life. If it were not for the wonderful mentors who helped me through these struggles, I am not sure where I would be today. Knowing that there are people out there waiting to help you is truly a reason to get out there and keep on moving forward!

My Mission
My mission is to strengthen your mind, bring a greater purpose to your life and to instil in you the tools you need to become the best person you can possibly be.
In my photography business I have empowered many women and men by helping them to achieve confidence and self esteem by enabling them to visualize and project their very own brand of beauty. These same clients were then armed with the ability to project their beauty, both inside and out, onto others.
I believe that if you want to be happy you have to push the rules and expand boundaries in order to create a unique place of your very own, where you can be heard and appreciated for the wonderful, individual person that you truly are.
In every aspect of our lives we are faced with challenges and choices, all of which demand our time and energy on a daily basis. We must learn to recognize the energy-takers in our lives and discover new ways to not only recognize these energy-takers, but to defeat them with a positive personality and forward-thinking attitude. That is why I am here! To help you turn the energy-takers into energy-givers.
