This summer I got together with Rebel Vision Photography for a photoshoot and I could not have been happier with the results. Shannon initially got in touch with me; explaining that there was a lack of male models to work with locally and that it was something she'd like to do more of. She had a clear vision of what kinds of ideas she wanted to achieve and we traded examples ahead of time, easily agreeing on what kind of vibe we wanted to capture. On set Shannon was extremely laid back; she had music playing when I arrived and basically we just ended up having a really fun, relaxed photoshoot. She was very flexible with time and the photoshoot ended only once we had every kind of shot we wanted.
It's worth noting that the two most incredible things about working with Shannon are her versatility and eye for authenticity. In one photoshoot Shannon was able to capture five or six considerably different styles/looks which makes getting your edits back that much more exciting. She also has an uncanny ability to understand and pull your personality through the lens. Shannon's understanding of lighting and angles enables her to get interesting shots that genuinely look like you, looking your absolute best.

I treated myself to a photo shoot with Shannon for my birthday. Little did I realize that the morning involved makeup, hair, and two photographers vying for my poses!
Shannon gives great direction and isn't scared to push the boat out to get that perfect shot.
Taking some of my own clothes for her to choose from gave me more confidence. It don't take long though to be comfortable and increasingly confident while having my moment under the spotlight.
I had a wonderful time and recommend her for all those special occasions you've been putting off having photographed properly.
